Welcome to your move-in day! To ensure a smooth arrival process, please follow the steps shown on the map below. Our move-in map will guide you to the right place for your move-in. Simply follow the designated route and signage to reach your destination. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, our friendly staff will be available to help.
1. Head down Earle St., Parking Garage will be on the right-hand side.
2. Drive into the garage to collect keys if fast pass move-in items are completed.
3. Non- Fast Pass residents will be directed to park and go to the leasing office to complete move-in checklist items. Once completed you will be able to pick up keys and move in.
**FAST PASS: **All lease documents signed, PetScreening completed, SimpleBills code entered, 1st monthly installment paid and/or all balances paid, vehicle information collected (if applicable).
**NON- FAST PASS: **This will delay your move-in because one of the move-in checklist items have not been completed. If you are a non- fast pass resident you will park in a designated area to walk to the leasing office, complete the missing items, and then pick up your keys. **YOUR MOVE-IN WILL BE DELAYED IF MOVE-IN CHECKLIST ITEMS ARE NOT COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 10TH.**
